Born an artist and raised in Wales, UK, Ceri Jones Tretter’s life has been lived as a work of art; one surprising and spontaneous – yet specifically planned and engineered – stroke at a time. Ceri has observed her life as always being divinely guided, deep in a very intentional and personalized, creative process.

Early on, due to Ceri’s complete lack of synergy with a formal, mainstream education, she was encouraged to focus on more practical pursuits instead of her inspired vision, which was that she would become someone with great purpose.

Determined, Ceri found herself on her way to Denver, Colorado at the age of 34. She was on international assignment as the CEO of an international industrial heat exchange business with multiple locations scattered throughout the US, a sister company in the UAE and global headquarters in Oxford, England, UK.

It was in the US, with enough space, time, and expanded frame of reference, that she was finally able to more accurately calculate her current potential trajectory for her life’s mission. Ceri realized she had been gifted the opportunity of a lifetime – a new country, a new environment, a new and expanded framework – to make the equally significant internal shift for her to fulfill her mission. Most significantly, this new phase of the life plan called for a rewired set of values in order to reach the next stage in her uniquely personal evolution. It started with leaving her corporate career, to pursue her passion for transformational culture - The Whole Way.  And it turned out that the new plan, the new mindset, the new way of being, for what she would come to contribute in the world, would first need to be liberated of her biggest fears in order for her to be reborn in Life Part II.

Fast forward more than a decade and Ceri has lived through some life threatening hurricanes, including widowhood, the loss of all material possessions, homes, locations, basic security, and one of the toughest of all: her identity. During this time, she turned to face her God; the one who had been leading her all along. Living in the intersection of Heaven and Earth – being immersed within – is what keeps Ceri working within the framework of the highest possibilities: Love and Light. 

Ceri has discovered that Life Part II is a joy-filled, co-creative process, based on serving the needs of the people she has been meticulously designed and prepared to influence and collaborate with. As a steward of deep intentions, Ceri is continually inspired by the unlimited capacity for growth that art provides. She finds herself unfolding organically, igniting and fueling creativity in her work and her community, becoming a Professor of Working Art with an innate ability to manipulate most materials and reveling in her gifts as an Artist, a Teacher and has most recently been certified as a Trainer for Trauma Healers, in the American Bible Society's, Trauma Healing Institute.

By creating her own fashion and clothing, her values are worn with transparent expression. She also connects through small and large scale metal art creations for people and communities, and by interactively coaching individuals and groups to incubate and further develop their own creative process. Consulting with people and organizations, she facilitates and develops creative cultures. 

Combining decades of business, art, joy, struggle, transformation, and truth, with a consistent thread of unbridled and passionate building and creativity, Ceri has become an example that anything is possible and that we are the ultimate co-creators of our own unique reality. 

Turning her knowledge and experience into a seamless and highly creative service, Ceri is designing tangible, leading edge programs that support and promote individuals and groups to build bridges, pathways, and connections so they can successfully navigate to their authentic selves and within their organizations. She encourages everyone to discover the intersection between art and their inner inventor through a forever expanding exploration of materials, methods, and formulas on their creative journey. As an adventurer and visionary, Ceri provides tools that facilitate experiences of infinite possibilities and the power to profoundly change and negotiate others’ way to fulfill their individual potential. 

Ceri is keeping her eyes on the light as she continues to inspire people and cultures, innovating new ways of communicating and imbuing the vitality of Vision, Mission, and Values into the lives of people, organizations, and their communities.
